Today was the worse. The one thing that can happen to me any day, and that is diarrhoea. I had to run to the toilet almost six times this morning. It only stopped when I stopped eating anything else. However, not having food results in me being unable to focus and doing things wrongly. Furthermore, today, the new supervisor came in and well, you can tell by the way she act, she is someone who is not easy to deal with.
It will be busy soon as work load is going to increasing mid-way after the start of the month. I am thinking of leaving sooner than I have expected me to. Hence, I have been actively looking for jobs even during work time whenever and wherever I can. This got me into trouble today as well, as they have been saying about me being irresponsible and having no perseverance. Well, I know and understand what I want, since the company never spare a thought for me in the first place, why should I think about how much the company will need to spend to hire someone else to replace me. I was not even paid my overtime when I deserve the extra pay. The salary is barely enough for me to survive. Furthermore, no transport allowance and even though it has insurance, it is not a 100% but a 50% of the medical bills will be covered. There are not many attractive incentives that will attract you to stay with the company, and this is why the company turnover rate is quite high.
I was looking for something to type about today, and while I was looking, I came across an article about National Security Agency are collecting photos from mobiles, social media and any accessible platform to integrate into the facial recognition database. They seemed to justify this with having the security of the country and region enhanced. This certainly can be a useful tool to identify criminal or potential suspect for carrying out activities which are threatening to the general public interest. Yes, I agree that it certainly can enhanced security that way, however, if the database lands in the wrong hands or being abused, it would also definitely infringe individual privacy rights or even cause more harm than we can imagine. I have nothing much I can comment about it. No matter what opinions we may have, this project will still carry on regardless we like it or not.
Unfortunately, I was not able to find something which I know enough to comment constructively and I really need the toilet soon again. I just had my dinner and that is why. It feels horrible...
